Sharing a centuries-old know-how and driven by the same desire to mix tradition and innovation, Métaphores and Le Lit National share a certain spirit of excellence.

Because in the heart of our interior furniture, the bed is the indispensable instrument of our well-being, Le Lit National — EPV (Living Heritage Company) and French reference in high bedding since 1909 — thinks of it much more as an emotional than functional furniture and elevates it to an exceptional level of comfort.

In its workshops in Pré-Saint-Gervais, the house perpetuates a handmade method and cultivates the art of tailoring to create products that are as comfortable as elegant, both beneficial on the inside and beautiful on the outside.

It therefore carefully selects the natural materials that go into the composition of the beds and sofas (solid wood, noble fibers of pure virgin wool, cashmere, silk, camel hair down, etc.), as well as the fabrics it uses to line them with an high-end focus on the detail.

This fall, it is therefore only natural that Le Lit National has chosen Métaphores to dress two of its most emblematic models. The refinement and personality of the Métaphores fabrics are fully expressed on the Georges sofa (Montaigne col. gold button and Reggae collar. steel) and the Brussels bed (Spuma col. champagne and Paros col. straw).

With singular sets imagined in collaboration with Victor Cadene, the creativity nests eventually in the production of each model.
