The Sens Art Container unveiled for the first time
From container to high-end, stylish, durable, nomadic living space: Créations Métaphores is partnering with CREAD Evolution for this unique, innovative project, on public preview at the 2014 Equip'Hotel show from 16th to 22nd November.
The Sens Art Container is a new hybrid box designed as a home or for the hotel business. It is assembled from three maritime containers to create a peaceful, luxurious, elegant, nomadic place to stay – a real invitation to an inner journey. For this project, Patricia Lasserre, the artistic director of the CREAD Evolution interior architecture agency, has sought out materials which are singular and innovative.
The Créations Métaphores fabrics displayed by the interior decorator Guillaume Soupène lend their beautiful materials, refined touch and subtle colours to this sensory and poetic experience. Calypso crushed velvet complements the unique nuances of Lagune velvet, the cushions of Anouchka Potdevin's bird-cage chair are covered with iconic Saint-Germain velvet, and delicate Étrier and Murmure d'Étrier horsehair nets and wall coverings contribute the peculiarity of their exceptional material.
