COLLECTION 2017

For the 2017 collection, Métaphores has plundered the cosmos for inspirations, journeying to outer space and bringing back a glittering haul of fabrics with the rich, muted colours and metallic glint of precious.

Unique combinations of bright and dark, textured and smooth, dense and ethereal can be created by juxtaposing fabrics from the lines Métaphores, Verel de Belval and Le Crin.

Métaphores offers a dazzling array of nine sensuous fabrics featuring variations on the theme of the cosmos. The laminated print Discovery sprinkles nebulae onto close-grained velvet in nine colours. The elegant geomtric jacquard Prisme creates a three-dimensional effect reminiscent of crystal structures. Metallic thread woven into the fabric lends Mica a discreet sparkle, while the granular textures of Biarritz invite us to contemplate Earth landscapes from space.
