MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2022

Discover the fabrics in the Moonlight collection in two installations during Milan Design Week.

Il Paradiso

The Fondazione Stelline invited Métaphores and French designer Pierre Gonalons to create an installation in the grand hall of the Delle Stelline, an ancient 17th-century monastery, as part of the Il Paradiso exhibition.

In a poetic and contemporary setting, the exhibition features select fabrics from our new collection Moonlight; in particular, Fever, the entire palette of which is on view in five-metre-long samples.

Caffè del Circolo

Métaphores also participated in the renovation of the café at the historic Circolo Filologico Milanese – one of the city’s oldest cultural institutions founded in 1872. The décor, imagined by Italian architect Marialaura Irvine, features the house’s most recent textile creations: Lounge, Kintsugi, Fever, and Eden. The installation will remain in place permanently after Design Week.
